Room 310F – Design & Manufacturing Lab

310F, the Design & Manufacturing Lab helps to develop students’ competence and self-confidence as engineers with design and manufacturing. Students use it to work on the creative design process bolstered by the application of physical laws and mechanics. Teachers use it to instruct on how to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Robustness and manufacturability are emphasized as well.

It has a space of 175m2, and 4 full size wooden work benches for creative design and fabrication. 3D printers are always ready for fast prototyping, and even a desktop injection mold machine for high volume productivity and process learning.

Course Taught: Design and Manufacturing I, Design and Manufacturing Ⅱ, Design and Manufacturing Ⅲ.
