Emily Liu, the Graduate Student Office Manager

This fall semester marks the third year of the JI graduate school. For the first time, a welcome party organized by the Graduate Student Union was held in Guangbiao Building on September 28. JI Graduate Student Office staff as well as graduate students showed up for the celebration. Liyu Ouyang, a third-year student, and Xiao Zhang, a first-year student, hosted the party.

For this first-ever event, all departments of the JI Graduate Student Union had worked long and hard for the preparation. The variety show included enchanting singing, inspiring poetry reading, creative cross talk that reflects the campus life, hilarious skits, and various games. The rich program shows the talents and wits of JI graduate students and has a bounding effect on the student family.

Emily Liu, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator, wished the students best of luck on behalf of all JI faculty and staff. She hoped the students will reap great harvests during their study at the JI graduate school.
