Abstract

The development of human society is highly dependent on energy and resource. The fossil fuel has brought the convenient modern life to everyone but it is unsustainable and also lead to some environmental issue. The solar energy is the most promising solution for sustainable and clean energy, the most efficient way is the photovoltaics. In this seminar, the brief history and development of photovoltaics will be summarized and disused. Recently, perovskite solar cells with the unprecedent efficiency progress have become one of most promising next-generation photovoltaics technologies. We will present our latest progress on this novel, low cost and high efficiency photovoltaics technologies.
