Dear ZHANGGIR BAYAKOV (518370990006),

You were required to resume your studies in the summer semester of the 2024–2025 academic year (May 2025) after the expiration of your approved leave of absence. To date, however, the University has not received your registration application. Consequently, you now meet the withdrawal criteria set forth in Articles 43(2) and 43(7) of the “Regulations on the Administration of Undergraduate Students of Shanghai Jiao Tong University” (HJY [2025] No. 27) and are subject to discontinuation of your enrollment.

The college emailed and sent via WeChat the Preliminary Notice of Withdrawal to you on 23 September 2025; you have not responded, nor have you come forward to complete the withdrawal formalities. The notice is therefore being served by public announcement.

15 calendar days after the date of this announcement (publication period: 30 September – 14 October 2025), the document will be deemed to have been delivered.

If you object to the University’s decision, you must file a written appeal with the University Student Appeals Committee no later than 14 October 2025; failure to do so within this period will be regarded as a waiver of your right to appeal.

你因休学期满，应于2024-2025学年第3学期（2025年5月）办理复学手续，但截止到目前，学校未收到你的注册申请，已达到《上海交通大学本科生管理规定》（沪交教〔2025〕27号）第四十三条（二）和（七）项规定的退学条件，应予退学。

学院于2025年9月23日将你的《退学处理预通知书》发至你的电子邮箱及微信，你本人均未有回复，且自2025年9月23日起至今，你一直未主动办理退学手续。故学院采取公告送达方式将《退学处理预通知书》送达给你。自本公告发出之日起，经过15日（公示期2025年9月30日至2025年10月14日），即视为送达。

如对学校的处理决定有异议，可以在10月14日前，向学校学生申诉处理委员会提出书面申诉，逾期视为放弃权利。
