Undergraduate Education Office
The Undergraduate Education Office advocates for the undergraduate education in collaboration with GC undergraduate students, faculty and academic departments in the university.
The office objective is to enrich the undergraduate experience, help students define and achieve their intellectual ambitions at GC, provide teaching support for faculty, maintain and improve GC undergraduate teaching system.
The office’s functions on academic affairs mainly include course scheduling and registration, teaching assistant program, course evaluation, exams and grades management, course material arrangement, curricular advising, research options, and undergraduate degree audit. It also coordinates with the SJTU counterpart to implement SJTU’s academic regulations and policies.
