Administration Office

The Administration Office is to provide direct support for the leadership team and administrative services for the institute. The vital roles are to conduct the overall coordination to facilitate the operation of the institute and perform the function of liaison. In addition, the Administration Office is responsible for offering logistic support to the institute-level events, conferences and visits, managing the use of space and facilities in the public areas of the building, conducting the building management, providing foreign affairs and archiving services for faculty, staff and students and organizing activities of the Labor Union etc.
