Research Labs
Advanced Cooling Technique (ACT) Laboratory
Description:
The ACT lab focuses on advanced cooling strategy designs and temperature field reconstruction methods for complex systems. One of the research highlights is the synergistic combination of unsteady and non-uniform flows for effective heat transfer enhancement and the matching strategy of temporal flow control and spatial structure modification. The other is the real-time high-fidelity generalizable method that reconstructs the global temperature field from limited measurement points based on linear decomposition of the time- and space-domain variations. The range of applications includes electronics cooling, battery thermal management, energy storage system prediction, etc.
